Shipping policy

All Pureflow products are delivered free of charge via a secure, 3 to 5 working day palletised tail-lift service.

Kerbside Delivery Only
Please be aware that due to courier health and safety regulations, all pallet deliveries are strictly "kerbside" only. The delivery driver will use a tail-lift and a manual pump truck to lower the pallet to the ground and wheel it to the nearest safe, flat, and accessible hardstanding area (such as a concrete or tarmac driveway).

The driver is not permitted or insured to enter your property, carry the goods inside your home, or navigate stairs, grass, or gravel driveways. Please ensure you have able-bodied assistance available on the day of delivery to move the goods safely inside your property.

Important Delivery & Redelivery Notice
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Because our products are shipped via a secure pallet network, someone must be present at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the goods.

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is present at the property on the scheduled day, or if the driver cannot safely access the kerbside/driveway, the courier network imposes a standard redelivery fee. This redelivery fee will be the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled prior to the second delivery attempt.
